Every year, Order of the Arrow members from throughout Section SR-7B gather together for the Cardinal Conclave.  This year’s event will be held April 16-18, 2010 at Camp Boddie in Blounts Creek, NC.  Camp Boddie is also home to the Pamlico Sea Base as well as a challenging BMX course and climbing tower.  The host lodge, Croatan Lodge, has been hard at work preparing for the event that includes a fun filled weekend consisting of the OA Xperience, Indian Affairs competitions, Patch Trading, Shows, The Quest for the Golden Arrow, and the battle for the coveted Spirit Award.   Conclave is a fantastic opportunity for Arrowmen young and old to gather together to see the best that Scouting has to offer.  Will you be there?

Register today to become a Tsoiotsi Tsogalii Lodge delegate at the 2010 Conclave.  The delegate fee is $40 and includes all conclave fees as well as several Lodge spirit items that will be used to support our spirit theme.  To complete your registration, fill out the enclosed form and mail to the Council office along with your check payable to the Old North State Council.  If you register for Conclave prior to March 15, 2010, you will receive a special early bird Lodge delegate patch.

Conclave memorabilia pre-orders are being taken through January 23, 2010.  Remember, pre-ordering memorabilia is the only way to assure that you will be able to get the items you want to purchase.  If you wait until Conclave, there is no guarantee that the memorabilia items will be available.  You may pre-order your memorabilia by completing the enclosed form and returning it to the Council office along with your payment.

TRANSPORTATION IS AVAILABLE
